North Durham United FC soccer programs are made possible through the generous participation of our Club members and community volunteers. Parents, consider participating with your child's team while you are at the fields this summer. Family members and community volunteers, we invite you to volunteer too!

The more parents/guardians and community volunteers that we have onboard as volunteers to take on simple roles at the soccer fields means that the Club can offer a soccer experience to more children in our communities. Hundreds of children want to play soccer every evening and that takes an enormous amount of adult supervision, encouragement, and cheerleading.

The Club endeavours to keep fees and the cost of participation low by encouraging our member families and volunteers to support our soccer programs while at the fields with players.

Sign up today to assist a child's team during practice, games, and on the sidelines by registering to be a volunteer HERE. Choose a role based on your comfort level and time availability.

Since we are dealing with children, volunteer screening, registration and some basic training is required. That means that we need parents/ guardians and community volunteers to sign up by April 30 preferrably so that we may provide you with all the training and information that you need to be a successful, confident volunteer well in advance of our May 30 season start date.

Also consider taking the Game Leader course to learn the basics of the game and help guide the games for our youngest players U4-U8. Contact the Registrar for access to the online 40 minute course.

There will be a volunteer meeting in mid-May as well to ensure that everyone has their questions answered and everyone is well-equipped for the season ahead.

North Durham United FC wants this to be the best season ever. The players are excited for the return of a 'normal' summer and the Club will do all we can to provide a super environment for our young players and our volunteers to enjoy playing together this summer!
